Soul Trappers are some of the most interesting models I’ve seen released in all my years of serving the Dragon Father.
About a year ago I started using Scrap Thralls. It started as a way to flesh out lists with low model counts, but I quickly discovered just how much the Scraps really have to offer, and at one point I even built a quite successful list which managed to have 41 active scraps on the table
The Devil’s Shadow Mutineers were an unexpected treat when they arrived, and the more I use them the more amazing they become.
In SR 2015 the Active Duty Roster arrived, and I decided I would finally give Asphyxious3 the attention he deserves. I’ve fallen head over heels for the Hellbringer, and this is the result.
It’s no big surprise that I find the Helldivers a spectacular addition to the Cryx arsenal, and a full third of our casters can benefit greatly from them.
I know you wanted this sooner, but you know I actually have to test things a bit first… but now I feel I’ve got them figured out, so settle in guys because this will be a long one, and let me present one of the most important releases Cryx has had in years.
In the absence of anyone both willing and qualified, I’ve decided to write this spotlight on eDeneghra. I’ve barely begun scratching the surface on this impossibly complicated Warcaster, but I’m constantly amazed at the way she can make anything happen, as long as you can formulate a plan that’s crazy enough.
A fellow named Curt asked for this article but I’m not sure he knew the extent of his request: “I was really hoping you could write an article, or at least give suggestions, on dealing with protectorate in general and the Harbinger in particular”.
Darragh Wrathe isn’t a front-line melee piece or a flanker like most Dragoons, but a very survivable support piece that can also beat some face if needed. He’s an all-round piece that will fit in almost every type of list, and since he affects every aspect of the game passively there’s never a round in which he does nothing, even if he actually does absolutely nothing.
I’ve been meaning to update this for a while, and I think I’ve reached a point where I won’t learn much more about Terminus. Terminus has been my main Warcaster for more than a year, and for months I’ve played him exclusively, so I’d like to introduce you to him properly.
